Organise your menu into clear categories so Customers can easily browse and find what they’re looking for. Well-structured categories make it simpler for Customers to navigate your store’s menu.

How to create a new category?

Step 1. Log in to Shopee Partner Web Portal. Click the Menu tab, then select the store where you want to add a new category from the Menu drop-down.

Step 2. Click Create Category, enter the category name (e.g., Main Dishes, Snacks, Side Dishes, Drinks), then click Done.

How to edit/delete a category? 

Step 1: Go to the Menu tab. Under the Menu Category List, select the category you wish to rename or delete. Click the three dots to proceed.

• Rename: Select Rename, update the category name, then click Done.

• Delete: Select Delete, confirm with OK.
