[Store Management] How to Temporarily Pause Your Store

You can easily update your shop availability to Pause” directly in the Shopee Partner App. This gives you greater control over incoming food orders, especially during peak hours or whenever you’re managing a high volume of pending orders.

Follow these Steps to Pause your Store Temporarily:

1. Go to the 'Order' tab and tap the 'Opening Status' bar.

2. Click 'Pause Store' if you want to pause your store temporarily.

3. Choose a duration to pause your store: 30 minutes, 60 minutes, rest of the day, or other time, and tap 'Done'.

For the “Other Time” button, you can set your preferred Start Time and End Time.

If you wish to unpause your store and start receiving orders again, tap 'Unpause', as shown in the example image below.
