You can review your ShopeeFood transaction and settlement reports through the Shopee Partner Web Portal. Transaction and settlement information may include completed order payments, deductions, adjustments, and the final amount settled to your Merchant Balance.

Access the Shopee Partner Web Portal.

Viewing  Transaction and Settlement Reports

1. Go to My Balance, then click Settlement.

2. Select the store you want to check the transaction and settlement records from the dropdown menu.

3. Tap ‘On-Hold’ to view on-hold transactions and ‘Settled’ to view settled transactions.

Information You May See in Your Reports

Your transaction and settlement records may show the following information:

• Settlement date

• Settlement amount

• Order income

• Deductions or outlays

• Adjustments

• On-hold or settled status

• Store or branch details

• Transaction or settlement reference

Reviewing Transaction and Settlement Reports

1. Open the relevant transaction and settlement record in the Shopee Partner Web Portal by following the steps under the How to View Transaction and Settlement Records.

2. Review the order payments and other Merchant Balance activities.

3. Check the deductions, adjustments, and final settled amount.

4. Note the transaction or order ID if you need to report a discrepancy.

Downloading Transaction and Settlement Reports

If the export option is available:

1. Select the required settlement on ‘Settlement’ tab under ‘My Balance’

2. Click Export.

3. Select the date range.

4. Choose whether to download data from the Current Merchant Balance or All Merchant Balance.

5. Click Confirm to Download.

6. Check the download status under Latest Exports. Click Download.

Receiving Transaction and Settlement Reports via Email

Transaction and settlement reports may also be sent to your registered email address with us, depending on your  account setup. 

Please ensure that your registered email address with us is active and regularly monitored.

Important Reminders

• Access to settlement information may be limited to Admin Accounts or authorized Staff Accounts only.

• To timely report any discrepancy, review your transaction and settlement reports regularly.

• Use the transaction ID or order ID when reporting discrepancies.

• Settlement amounts may reflect applicable commissions, taxes, deductions, adjustments, or other charges in accordance with the ShopeeFood Policies. 

• Report any discrepancies through our ShopeeFood Customer Service for assistance.
