Hi, how can we help?

When Will I Receive My ShopeeFood Settlement?

ShopeeFood settlements are transferred to your registered bank account through the configured settlement process which follows the applicable bank cut-off schedule, and thus may be reflected on the next business day.

Typical timing:  The merchant training deck states that auto-settlement starts at 3:00 a.m. (GMT+8) and amounts are typically settled by the next business day. Settlements are processed once daily. Actual crediting to your registered bank account with us depends on bank processing and the PESONet cut-off schedule.

What Affects Settlement Timing?

  • The order must be completed and eligible for settlement.

  • Your registered bank account must be active and able to receive funds.

  • Bank cut-off times, weekends, and public holidays may move crediting to the next business day.

  • A negative settlement can carry forward to the next settlement period instead of reducing the Merchant Balance.

  • Additional or urgent settlement requests may require coordination with your assigned account manager.

How to Check Settled Transactions

You can review transaction and settlement reports in the Shopee Partner Web Portal. Use an Admin Account if the page or report is restricted to Admin Account users based on your ShopeeFood Merchant account configuration. You may refer to the guide here for more information.

How is the Settlement Amount Calculated?

The amount transferred generally reflects eligible order proceeds after applicable platform fees, commission, taxes, refunds, adjustments, or other disclosed deductions. Review the settlement details and report for the exact breakdown for each period and report any discrepancy to us. On how to report discrepancy to us, please refer to this article.

Account-name reminder:  Your  bank account name must match your  registered merchant entity name. If the names do not match, settlement processing will be delayed and/or will require additional validation steps.
