How to Sign Up/Upgrade your ShopeePay account 

Kindly take note:

1. Failure to do so would result in commission not being credited into your account. We will only hold your payment for 1 month.
2. Upgrade your ShopeePay to the ShopeePay Premium Account by verifying your ID on the app. 

Verifying your ShopeePay account 

Step 1. Tap ShopeePay on the Homepage or Me Tab

Make sure your app is up to date! 

Step 2. Enter your personal information

Don’t forget to create your personal PIN

Step 3. Tap Settings on the ShopeePay Page Click ID Verification

Step 4. Fill in all necessary information

Upload your Valid ID for account verification

  *Account verification process will take 2 Business days, you will receive an app notification once verified

For Minors (below 18 years old), Shopee requires the necessary documents listed below:

1.   Birth certificate
2.   Valid ID of parent / legal guardian
3.   Proof of Guardianship (if applicable)
4.  Parental Consent Form signed by a parent or guardian
5.  Minor Request Form
