Commission Structure on Shopee
The commission rates vary according to electronics and non-electronics categories, and are divided into ‘New Customer’ and ‘Existing Customer’.
Current Shopee PH Commission Structure
Category | New Shopee Buyers (Direct & Indirect Orders) | Existing Shopee Buyers (Direct & Indirect Orders)** | Order Level Cap (PHP)* |
Electronics | 7% | 2.5% | ₱40 |
Non-Electronics | 12% | 2.5% | ₱40 |
* ₱40 order cap will apply for regular orders. Enjoy no order cap for Commissions XTRA orders.

Notes:
1. New Shopee Buyers refers to buyers whose accounts have never purchased from Shopee before
2. Once a buyer has purchased even once, they will be labeled as an Existing Shopee Buyer
3. Orders refer to items checked out from the same shop. If 2 items from 2 different shops are checked out at the same time, they will be counted as 2 separate orders.
