    • Visit our Help Center to see the latest guidelines and articles on common issues. Open the App > Profile > Side Bar > Help > Driver Help Links, or simply type your concern in the Search bar and select Search.


  • Via Chat

    • Contact our customer service directly via in-app chat for immediate assistance.


  • Via Email

    • Send questions or concerns to our support email for detailed support.

If you encounter concerns for ongoing orders, you may also go to the Order Listing page > choose the affected order > select Issue > Report Issue > Input the appropriate reason for the cancellation or concern.

Before canceling an order, coordinate with both the seller and buyer to ensure clear communication and prevent misunderstandings.
