[Instant Delivery] How do I accept orders?

FOR SINGLE ORDER

Pick up one order from a single seller and deliver it to one buyer. You have 15 seconds to accept the order. Upon arriving at the seller’s location, select “At Pick-up Point.”


After receiving the order, view its details under Order Listings and select Confirm Pick Up to proceed.


Scan the parcel barcode (or enter it manually), then take a photo and upload the details by selecting Upload Proof of Pick Up.

Scan the parcel again before uploading the Proof of Delivery. Verify the receiver and order details, then select Confirm Delivery before handing it to the buyer.




⚠️ Note

  • Indicate if the order was received by the customer or their authorized representative before selecting Upload Proof of Delivery.

  • If the buyer cannot be reached, call up to three (3)  times and send up to three (3) chat or SMS messages within 10 minutes.



FOR GROUP ORDER

Pick up multiple orders, either from one or multiple sellers, and deliver them to buyers located near each other. Similar to Single Order, a Group order also has 15 seconds to accept the order. Upon arriving at the seller’s location, select At Pick-up Point.



For Group Orders, upload each parcel with the correct order details. Scan each parcel to ensure the information matches accurately.



After delivering the first item in a Group Order, earnings will not appear immediately. They are displayed only after all orders are completed.



Scan the parcel before uploading the Proof of Delivery. For Group Orders, ensure each parcel is uploaded under its correct order details.




⚠️ Note

  • Group Orders include two or more orders.

  • Always follow the correct dispatch and delivery sequence to prevent errors.



FOR STACK ORDERS

While completing an active delivery, you may receive a new incoming order. This allows you to accept and deliver additional orders while en route. Make sure to follow the correct sequence and ensure all order details are accurate and properly matched. 


⚠️ Note

  • Stack Order steps are the same as Single and Group Orders. 

  • You’ll receive a notification with your earnings once all deliveries are completed.

  • A Stack Order occurs when a rider has ongoing deliveries and receives additional incoming orders.
