• Provide detailed feedback on the product (Performance, quality, suitability) and/or seller’s service (shipping, attitude, customer service, packaging)

• Avoid uploading blank, blurred, or unrelated content

2. Avoid using random text or repeated characters just to meet the word count for coins

• Avoid repeated characters, words, or phrases

• Don’t use excessive symbols or emojis

• Keep text relevant—don’t include song lyrics, quotes, or unrelated content

3. Avoid uploading images or videos not related to the product

• Don’t upload images with graphics, emojis, or body gestures unrelated to the product

• Avoid blank images or videos (e.g., black screen with no product shown)

• Do not submit videos with only animation, unclear objects, or motion blur unrelated to the product

4. Avoid using rude, abusive, or disrespectful language to insult or degrade others, even if they are at fault

• Avoid vulgar, cursing, or swear words (in any language or emojis), regardless of feedback type

• Do not use offensive or hateful language to harass, threaten, or embarrass others

• Refrain from accusing the other party of being a bogus seller or scammer

• Avoid sharing sensitive information related to politics, gender, religion, culture, or current events

5. Avoid sharing personal contact information or social media details that could be used for offline transactions outside of Shopee

• Do not include personal information such as contact numbers, addresses, bank details, or personal IDs

• Avoid exposing other users' personal information, including names, usernames, email addresses, contact numbers, or social media accounts

6. Avoid making explicit or offensive references to sex or bodily functions in product reviews

• Avoid images/videos that reveal or expose private body parts, whether censored or uncensored

• Do not upload images/videos with sexually suggestive poses

• Refrain from using symbols, text, or emoticons that depict sexual acts
