Reverse payment is required when a previously canceled or lost order is later delivered successfully to the buyer. Since no payment was made when the order was canceled, the buyer must pay upon receiving the order.
Reverse payment applies in these cases:
1. The order was canceled due to a logistics pickup failure, but the seller delivered it directly.
2. The system failed to update the pickup status, but the order was delivered successfully.
3. The order was declared lost, but it was eventually delivered.
