Reverse payment is required when a canceled or lost order is later successfully delivered. Since no payment was made when the order was canceled, the buyer must pay upon receipt.
Reverse payment applies in these cases:
The order was canceled due to a logistics pickup failure, but was delivered directly by the seller.
The system failed to update the pickup status, but the order was successfully delivered.
The order was marked as lost but was eventually delivered.
