You can reply to an enquiry on the My Enquiries page. Just select an enquiry that you want to reply to > Reply > Enter your reply and you can also attach photos and relevant files to support the investigation of your enquiry. Wait for the agent to respond, and you will receive a notification on your Shopee Updates.
