Maaari mong i-cancel ang iyong policy sa pamamagitan ng SeaInsure eService Portal sa loob ng iyong Free-look period (10 araw) mula nang maibigay ang policy, basta’t ito ay hindi mo pa nagagamit. Kapag nag-cancel ka ng iyong policy sa loob ng Free-look period, ang binayarang premium ay mare-refund.

Ang Cracked Screen Protection Service ay ma-cacancel pagkatapos ng delivery at pag natanggap ang eligible item (Hal. Makikita na Completed na ang order sa Shopee Platform).
The Electronics Protection Service ay ma-cacancel lamang pagkatapos ng delivery at pag natanggap ang eligible na electronic device (Hal. Makikita na Completed na ang order sa Shopee Platform).
The Merchandise Protection Service ay ma-cacancel lamang pagkatapos ng delivery at pag natanggap ang eligible item (Hal. Makikita na Completed na ang order sa Shopee Platform).
The Gadget Protection ay ma-cacancel lamang pagkatapos ng delivery at pag natanggap ang eligible gadget (Hal. Makikita na Completed na ang order sa Shopee Platform).
