How do I make a claim under the Private Car CTPL? (ENG)

Submission of claims must be made in accordance with the claims process under the How to Claim section by not later than thirty (30) days from the date the incident occurred.

How to claim

Select Log in or Sign Up from the SeaInsure eService Portal > Select Claims from the policy you wish for > select Claim Submission > Fill out the claim e-form and upload the required documents > submit the claim application when all the required fields are completed. Claims status can be tracked from the Account Summary page

To sign up, activate your account with your ID number, mobile number, and key in the one-time-password or log in if you already have an existing account.

Claim Handling SLA

  1. Claim Reporting: No later than 30 (thirty) working days from the date the incident occurred
  2. Claim Documents Completion: No later than 30 (thirty) working days from the date the incident occurred
  3. Claim Payment: No later than 10 (ten) working days from the date when claim is filed

⚠️ Note 

Required documents should have been completely provided at time of claim filing.

When and how do I receive my insurance policy?

Once you have made the payment, it'll take up to the next working day for the policy to be issued. Upon successful policy issuance, you'll receive a copy of the certificate of coverage via email, or you may access it via My Policies page.
