Can I get another copy of my e-ticket for my Hotel booking? (TAG)

Kumuha ng isapang kopya ng iyong e-ticket
Pumunta sa Me tab > Digital Purchase > To Receive > Travel sa Shopee app para makita ang booking na i-claim.
Pumunta sa booking na gustong kunin ang e-ticket/voucher > pumunta sa Order Details page > mag-scroll down hanggang makita ang Resend E-ticket button at pindutin ang resend your ticket at resibo sa registered email address.
⚠️Tandaan Kung hindi mo pa natatanggap ang booking confirmation, maaaring i-check ito sa spam/junk folder ng iyong e-mail para ma-confirm na wala talagang nagsend ng email mula sa booking.id@shopee.com. Kung wala talaga at di makita sa junk/spam folder, tumawag lamang sa Shopee Customer Service. |
