Ang resibo ay kumpirmasyon ng iyong bayad. Bagama’t hindi nagbibigay ang Shopee ng official receipts, maaari mong gamitin ang mga sumusunod bilang patunay ng pagbili base sa iyong payment method:
ShopeePay: Tingnan ang iyong ShopeePay transaction history.
Google Pay: I-check ang iyong Google Pay transaction history.
Ibang Payment Methods: I-refer ang Order Confirmation Email (OCE) na ipinadala sa iyong Shopee-verified email sa loob ng 24 oras. I-check ang spam folder kung hindi mo ito makita.
I-enable ang Order Updates at Email Notifications sa iyong Shopee App:
Pumunta sa settings ⚙ > Notifications Settings > Email Notifications > Gamitin ang toggles para i-enable/disable ang Order Updates.
