There are 2 ways to return your order via SPX Express. You can return your order for free and track it in-app.
1. Select Pick Up as return shipping option
Once your Return/Refund request is approved (Return Pending status), Select Shipping Option > Pick Up > Confirm your pickup address, choose a preferred pickup date to proceed.
⚠️ Note · Starting 14 July 2025, simply hand over your return item to the rider. SPX will handle packing and attaching the AWB for you. Packaging materials (e.g., pouches, boxes, bubble wrap, cling wrap, and printed AWBs) will be provided by SPX. The rider will take photos of the item before and after packing. · This feature is currently available to select serviceable areas. · For high-value, fragile, or items delivered in a box, please ensure they are accompanied by the original box packaging. Otherwise, if not packaged properly, SPX Express may reject the parcel. · If you wish to return your item through other preferred couriers, you can select the Drop Off or the Self-Arrange option. |
Choose your preferred pickup date. The earliest available date is the next day, and you can select from the next three (3) days after choosing SPX Express as your return courier.
You may update the pickup address if needed. Ensure the address is correct before selecting the Confirm to submit.
Prepare your return parcel
Make sure the item is complete. When the SPX Express Rider arrives, hand over the parcel and present the QR code from the Return/Refund Details page. The rider will scan the QR code to confirm pickup. You may also take a photo with the rider holding your parcel as proof.
You can track the return parcel’s status in the Shopee app under the Return/Refund Details page. Once verified, Shopee may take up to 11 days to process your refund.
2. Select Drop Off as return shipping option
When requesting a Return/Refund, under Return Method, select Drop Off > Select SPX Express > Confirm.
Bring your return parcel to the drop off location
At the branch, present the item to be returned and the tracking number indicated in the app at the counter. The Drop off branch will check the item to be returned and pack your order for return.
You may track the return parcel shipping information in the Shopee app. Please allow Shopee or your seller to validate the return parcel. It may take a maximum of 11 days for Shopee to process your refund if the returned parcel has been successfully verified.
⚠️Note • SPX Drop off is available at select SPX Drop Off Branches and Partners (Including select M Lhuillier outlets) • Please Drop Off your return parcel within 5 calendar days after Shopee accepts your return request. Otherwise, the return request will be automatically canceled and the amount will be escrowed to the seller. |
