Go to the Me tab > Chat with Shopee > start chatting.
Via Internet Call or In-App Call
Go to the Me tab > select Help Centre > Scroll down and choose Internet Call > select if you are a Buyer or a Seller > select the applicable concern, and you’ll be redirected to Shopee’s Customer Service.
