This feature is intended for users traveling overseas who need mobile data access. It allows users to conveniently purchase and use an eSIM for internet connectivity abroad without a physical SIM card. It is a new category under Digital Products.
International eSIM is a regional partnership with GoHub that provides seamless international connectivity. Users can choose from different eSIM packages, including daily or unlimited data plans.
To purchase an eSIM
Go to Load, Bills & Travel > View All > International eSIM > Select your destination > Choose a package and number of days > Confirm > Set applicable Voucher, Coins, and Payment Option > Pay Now.

There are 3 ways to activate eSIM:
1. Direct Activation
Go to Load, Bills & Travel > Orders > To Receive > Select the package you purchased > Activate eSIM Now > Read reminder and Confirm > Go to your cellular settings to add your activated eSIM.

You will continue the activation process in your phone’s cellular settings. Choose the data plan you have: Data Only or Voice and Data > Continue > Done to confirm that the travel eSIM setup is complete > Choose the phone number to turn off > Continue then a Default Settings Changed message will pop up > OK.
2. QR Code
Go to Load, Bills & Travel > Orders > To Receive > Select the package you purchased > Select QR code and follow the instructions.

The activation process will continue in your phone’s cellular settings:
For iOS
Under Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM > Select Use QR Code > and scan the QR code > Continue to activate the eSIM > Choose the data plan you have: Data Only or Voice and Data > Continue > Done to confirm that the travel eSIM setup is complete.
For Android
Under Settings > Connections > SIM Manager > Add eSIM > Scan QR Code. From SIM Manager > toggle on the eSIM you will be using. Then go to Connections > Mobile networks > toggle on Data roaming.
3. Manual input of activation details
Go to Load, Bills & Travel > Orders > To Receive > select the package you purchased > Activate eSIM Now > Copy the Activation Details to manually input on your cellular settings.

The activation process will continue in your phone’s cellular settings.
For iOS
Under Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM > Select Add eSIM > and scan the QR code > Enter Details Manually (SM+DP+Address, Activation Code, ICCID) to activate the eSIM > Choose the data plan you have: Data Only or Voice and Data > Continue > Done to confirm that the travel eSIM setup is complete.
For Android
Under Settings > Connections > SIM Manager > Add eSIM > and scan the QR code > Enter Details Manually (Activation Code) to activate the eSIM.
⚠️Note · Once the eSIM is installed on your device, enable data roaming by going to Settings > Cellular > toggle on Data Roaming and Turn On This Line for the eSIM and set the eSIM plan as Primary. · eSIM can be used right after purchase in a supported country; best to activate it within 2 hours before the flight. · You can install multiple eSIMs, but only one can be active at a time. · Each eSIM is single-use and cannot be reused, restored, or transferred. · eSIM code expires 30 days after issue.
