What are ShopeePay Transaction Limits?
Transaction Limits help you manage your ShopeePay transactions by allowing you to customize spending and transfer limits based on your needs. This feature also provides an additional layer of security for your account.
Types of Transaction Limits
Limit Type | What It Controls |
Daily Limit | The maximum total amount allowed for transactions of the same type within the day. Once the daily limit is reached, additional transactions will be blocked until the next day. Daily Limits reset at 12:00 AM Philippine Time. |
Per Transaction Limit | The maximum amount allowed for a single transaction. Transactions exceeding the set limit will be blocked before processing. |
⚠️ Note You may adjust your Transaction Limits at any time. Available limit options may vary based on your account verification status. |
Adjust your Transaction Limits
By default, your account has preset Transaction Limits based on your ShopeePay verification status.
To adjust your Transaction Limits, go to the ShopeePay > Me tab > Select Settings > Transaction Limits > Type in your preferred limit amount on each transaction type > Save > Input your ShopeePay PIN.
Changes to your Transaction Limits will take effect immediately after successful verification.

Transactions Covered by Transaction Limits
Transaction Limits set in the Shopee app only apply to transactions made using your ShopeePay Balance.
