Why can't I cancel an order?

If suddenly you’ve changed your mind after placing an order due to finding a better deal elsewhere, no longer needing the product or you’ve ordered the wrong item. You may wait for your order to arrive or request for return/refund.
Here are the following reasons why you can’t cancel an order:
1. The parcel has been successfully picked up by the courier
This means your order is already in transit for delivery. If you would still like to cancel, you can request the seller manually cancel the order. Learn how long it will take for your order to arrive.
2. You’ve already requested to cancel the same order
You can only cancel your order once.
