Why is my order returned to the seller (RTS)?

Your order is returned to the seller due to the following reasons:

  • Wrong or incomplete delivery address or out of the delivery zone. Learn how to update your delivery address here.

  • The consignee is unknown.

  • The item is prohibited/restricted. 

  • The parcel was damaged during transit.

  • There could be customs issue/s (for overseas orders). 

  • Failed to receive your order on the second delivery attempt or refused to accept the delivery on the first delivery attempt.

 

 

⚠️ Note

· Orders tagged as RTS cannot be redelivered as they are returned to the seller.

· For Paid/Non-COD orders, a refund will be issued once the parcel is returned to the seller. You may repurchase the item.

· For COD orders, wait until the order is marked as canceled before repurchasing to avoid duplicates.

· Not all couriers notify before delivery. Please track your parcel via the app. For courier concerns, contact Shopee Supported Logistics.
