Can I change the courier assigned to my order?

You can change the assigned courier within an hour of checkout or before the seller arranges pickup (whichever comes first) or if the seller has other couriers that support your delivery address and parcel size.

 

⚠️ Note

· You can only change the courier once, and only for Standard Options.

· Avoid changing couriers for bulky orders, as the new courier may not support the size/dimensions of the parcel, which can lead to failed or canceled orders.

 

Go to Me tab > To Ship > select your order > under Shipping Information and select CHANGE > choose an available courier > Confirm.

 

If you receive an error when changing the courier, it may be due to:

  • You’ve already changed the shipping option (only one change is allowed).

  • The seller has only one courier available or only one that services your area.

  • The shipment has been arranged, or the courier has picked up the item.

  • It’s been more than 1 hour since you placed the order (past the cut-off time).

 

Once you know the assigned courier, track your order in the app.
