You can change the courier assigned to your order within an hour after you’ve checked out or before the seller arranges your order for pick up (whichever comes first), and if your seller has other couriers assigned that can service your delivery address and parcel’s dimensions.
⚠️ Note • You can only change the courier once and the change is only allowed for Standard Options only. • Please refrain from changing couriers of bulky orders. This may lead to failed or canceled orders since the new courier may not support its dimensions. |
To change the assigned courier, go to Me tab > select To Ship > select the order > on Shipping Information, select CHANGE > choose the shipping channel available > Confirm.
If you receive an error prompt, this could be due to the following scenarios:
Track your order within App once you know the assigned courier. If the delivery is unsuccessful, know more here.
