Flash Express also known as FEX is an integrated logistics service that allows sellers to ship orders nationwide. Flash Express delivers from Monday to Sunday (8:00 AM to 8:00 PM). With Shopee Supported logistics, you can easily keep track of your shipment or your order directly in the app. 

⚠️ Note

1. You can reschedule your pickup in the Shopee app before the booking cut-off or your scheduled pick-up date.
2. You will not be allowed to reschedule your pick-up on the Shopee app on the actual day of the pickup or thereafter.
3. If the seller is not present during the scheduled pickup, the order will be considered a failed pick-up. Kindly wait for Shopee to update the pickup status the following working day, and proceed to reschedule the pickup in the app.
4. Two failed pickup attempts for the same order will result in order cancellation.
