[My Account] How do I delete my Shopee account?

You can delete your Shopee account only via the Shopee App.
Go to the Me tab via Shopee App > Select the ⚙ icon > Request Account Deletion > OK > Proceed > Enter Verification Code sent via SMS > Next > Select Reason for account deletion > Enter Email Address > Check the Terms & Conditions checkbox > Submit.
⚠️Note • Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. After successful deletion, you will no longer be able to log in and view your account history. • Account deletion requests are subject to approval. To ensure your request will be approved, learn more about the reasons for rejection of account deletion requests. • Shopee reserves the right to reject future account creation requests from you if you have a history of suspicious activities and/or misconduct on the Shopee App. |
Removal of switch account
Go to Me tab > Select the ⚙ icon > scroll down and select Switch Account > Remove Account From List > select Remove corresponding to the account name you wish to remove.
