[SPX Express] What happens if the delivery by SPX Express is unsuccessful?

If SPX Express delivery is unsuccessful, the courier will attempt redelivery.
After the first failed attempt, expect another delivery in 2-3 days.
After the second failed attempt, the order will be marked as Return to Sender (RTS).

Unsuccessful delivery attempts may happen due to:
Incomplete or invalid address
Temporarily inaccessible address
Closed shop or office
Delivery time is too late
Unable to contact the buyer
The buyer was not identified at the location
Buyer requested rescheduling
Package rejected by the buyer
Uncontrollable factors (e.g., natural disasters, epidemics, war, etc.)
