[SPX Express] What happens if the delivery by SPX Express is unsuccessful?

If SPX Express fails to deliver, a second attempt will be made within 2–3 days. After two failed attempts, the order will be marked as Return to Sender (RTS).
Common reasons for failed delivery:
Incomplete/invalid address
Inaccessible or closed location
Late delivery time
Buyer unavailable or uncontactable
Reschedule or rejection by buyer
Uncontrollable events (e.g., disasters, epidemics)
