A: Yes. Sellers can request either pick-up or drop-off of parcels at SPX Express drop-off hubs.
Q: Can I reschedule the delivery if I’m unavailable?
A: Delivery partners wait for up to 15 minutes at the delivery location. SPX allows for two (2) delivery attempts within two (2) consecutive days for all last-mile transactions.
Q: Can someone receive my order on my behalf?
A: Yes. You may authorize someone to receive the parcel. For prepaid orders, provide an authorization letter and consent to the rider as proof of delivery.
Q: Can I check the package before paying for a COD order?
A: No. Payment must be made before opening. Delivery partners will not release parcels without full payment.
Q: Can I get a refund from the rider after opening the parcel?
A: No. Riders cannot issue refunds or accept opened parcels. For refunds, go to My Purchases > Returns & Refunds in the Shopee app.
