How do I cash-in my ShopeePay with Online Banking?

⚠️Note Cash-ins via BDO Online on the Shopee App will only be available until Dec 18, 2025. You can continue transferring funds to ShopeePay via BDO Online App. |
To Cash-In your ShopeePay with Online Banking, go to ShopeePay Wallet > Cash In > Select Online Banking as payment method > Choose the bank preferred > CONFIRM > enter the Cash-In amount.
After you have selected your preferred bank under online banking, verify your email > Pay > then follow the instructions depending on the chosen online payment channel.
For BDO (finish the payment process for BDO via DragonPay)
