[Shipping Returns] How to return and track your order?

Buyers have 3 shipping options (Pick up, Drop Off, or Self Arrange) to choose from when returning an order. You may track your return parcel via Shopee App.

⚠️ Note

· For Self Arrange, Shopee cannot track your shipment. Make sure to coordinate closely with your chosen logistics provider

· Make sure to check available branches before going to the Drop Off Point of the selected Courier. 

· Avoid dropping off your order at Drop off points that are not indicated in the branch list/locations.

· For a better return/refund user experience, you may also opt to select Change to home pickup instead.

· For items tagged as an Order Received by the seller even if the order for return has not yet been shipped out, you should ask for proof of delivery to Shopee Customer Service.

· If the return shipping method is via Self Arrange, the courier services are unlikely to be integrated with Shopee. Kindly check your selected courier’s website or app for tracking.
