[ShopeePay] How do I cash-in via InstaPay?

Go to ShopeePay balance on the homepage select Cash in > select InstaPay > choose your preferred bank > CONFIRM > read the instructions carefully before selecting Open the Application.

Your ShopeePay balance will reflect immediately once your payment is verified. If it doesn’t reflect within a day, contact ShopeePay Customer Service.
If you encounter issues with cashing in your ShopeePay wallet, it may be due to a payment problem. Please contact Shopee Customer Service and provide the Order SN, which you can find by selecting the Refunded Cash In transaction under History > COPY.
Balance limits
Non-verified accounts can only cash in a monthly balance of up to Php 10,000. Verify your account to increase your wallet limits to Php 100,000.
