How do I cash-in my Shopeepay with a linked bank account?

Go to ShopeePay Wallet Homepage > Cash In > enter your amount > Linked Bank Account > choose your preferred linked bank > Pay Now to complete the payment. Once processed, the amount will be credited to your ShopeePay account.
If you encounter any of the following issues, kindly contact Shopee Customer Service and provide your Order SN:
Cash In balance not reflected within 1 day
Issues encountered while cashing in to your ShopeePay wallet (likely due to a payment issue)
You can find it by selecting the failed Cash In transaction under History > COPY.
Balance limits
Non-verified accounts can only cash in a monthly balance of up to Php 10,000. Verify your account to increase your wallet limits to Php 100,000.
