You can check your ShopeePay transaction history for the last 12 months from the Last Transactions section on the ShopeePay wallet homepage.
Select ShopeePay wallet on the Shopee App homepage > Last Transactions.
To view and filter more transactions, you can scroll to the bottom of the page and select View More.
You can filter your transactions by:
• Incoming/outgoing funds (All types > Money In / Money Out)
- Incoming funds include cash-ins, money sent from contacts, refunds, and more.
- Outgoing funds include all online/offline payments, sending money to contacts, bank transfers, and more.
• Time period (All Date > select preferred time period)
• Transaction Status:
- Successful
- In Progress
- Failed
- Refunding
- Refunded
- Cancelled
Select an item to view transaction details such as Completed Time, payment status, and other relevant reference numbers.
If you have made a transaction with ShopeePay, but it needs to be reflected on the Transaction History page, contact ShopeePay Customer Service.
⚠️Note • You can COPY the Transaction ID as a point of reference for the ShopeePay Customer Service agent if you encounter problems with any ShopeePay transaction. • The Reference ID is only required if the agent asks for it. |
