You can raise a return/refund request for products purchased as Add-on Deals. Go to To Receive on the Me tab > Select the order > Return/Refund > Choose the concern > Select the products and quantity for return/refund > Next.

Please note that all products purchased as part of an Add-on Deal must be returned together as a set when requesting a return/refund for Returning an item in brand new/sealed condition (Only applicable to eligible product categories).

For example, if you bought Products A and B as an Add-on Deal, both must be returned together, even if you only wish to return one. You cannot return one and keep the other.
