If your payment has been successfully processed, you should receive a notification via the Shopee App.
Checking notifications
Go to the Notifications tab > Order Updates and look for a notification titled Payment Confirmed.
To receive payment updates automatically, make sure your Notification Settings are enabled.
For automatic payment methods (including GCash), you should get a notification shortly after payment.
For Over-the-Counter (OTC) or Payment Center/e-Wallet (except GCash), the verification process may take up to 24 hours.
Once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a notification via the Shopee App and/or Email.
