Why has my SPayLater credit limit been frozen even if I don’t have any overdue bills?
Your SPayLater credit limit may be frozen for several reasons. These may include:
Overdue or unpaid SPayLater bills
Overdue or unpaid balances from other credit products (e.g., SLoan)
Unusual or suspicious activity detected on your account
Issues related to the status or security of your Shopee account
When your limit is frozen, you will not be able to use SPayLater for transactions. In the meantime, you can still check out orders using other payment methods supported by Shopee.
