Para sa Taglish version ng article, basahin dito.

Your SPayLater credit limit can increase in two ways. With active use of SPayLater and prompt repayment behavior, it may increase automatically over time. However, eligible SPayLater users may now manually apply for a credit limit increase as well.

Permanent Credit Limit Adjustment

Your SPayLater credit limit increases automatically over time with consistent and timely repayments. To improve your chances of getting a higher credit limit:

  • Always pay your dues on or before the due date.

  • Avoid missing or skipping payments.

  • Use SPayLater regularly and responsibly.

  • Ensure that your Shopee account remains active and in good standing.

Your payment history and overall account activity are reviewed regularly. Maintaining a strong repayment history and responsible usage may be a contributing factor in future credit limit increase considerations.

This type of credit limit increase has no expiry date but is still subject to change based on your account activity and repayment behavior.

Manual Credit Limit Increase

Eligible SPayLater users may now manually apply for a credit limit increase! The process is free, convenient, and quick with only one documentary requirement. However, it should be noted that this increase has an expiry date.

Why has my SPayLater credit limit been frozen even if I don’t have any overdue bills?

Your SPayLater credit limit may be frozen for several reasons. These may include:

  • Overdue or unpaid SPayLater bills

  • Overdue or unpaid balances from other credit products (e.g., SLoan)

  • Unusual or suspicious activity detected on your account

  • Issues related to the status or security of your Shopee account

When your limit is frozen, you will not be able to use SPayLater for transactions. In the meantime, you can still check out orders using other payment methods supported by Shopee.

To restore your credit limit, make sure your account remains in good standing and continue paying your bills on time.
