[Digital Products] What should I do if my Shopee E-Voucher is invalid or fully redeemed?

If your Shopee E-Voucher is invalid or fully redeemed, here’s what you can do: 


E-Vouchers for e-merchants (e.g. Grab, Foodpanda, etc.)

If you encounter an error message, such as “Invalid” or “Fully redeemed” when the E-Voucher code is applied in the merchant's app or website: 

  • Make sure that your app is updated by checking if there’s a later version of the app in Google Play or iOS store.

  • Double-check if the pasted code is correct (e.g. Zero is mistaken as letter ‘O’)

  • Review the terms and conditions and service for your E-Voucher and make sure that your purchase is within these provisions (e.g. required minimum spend, for new customers only, E-Voucher for Grab Food or Grab Car only)

  • Contact the merchant’s customer service to find out why the error is shown. 

  • After you have been informed of the reason for the error, contact Shopee Customer Service for further assistance.



E-Voucher for offline merchants (e.g. BreadTalk, Potato Corner, etc.)

If you experience any error when attempting to redeem the E-Voucher at the merchant’s outlet, contact Shopee Customer Service for assistance.
