How do I file a Data Privacy complaint?

If you believe your privacy rights have been infringed, you can file a complaint by following the steps below.
General Data Privacy Inquiry/Concerns
Kindly send an email to dpo.ph@shopee.com detailing the privacy problem, ideally with a screenshot of the complaint.
Credit Card Fraud Related Concerns
If you are concerned about credit card fraud, please submit the following information to dpo.ph@shopee.com so that we can assist you.
PNP / NBI Request letter-request addressed to the Data Protection Officer, Shopee Philippines Inc. Please note that we will only disclose the information you are requesting to the authorities

Issuing Bank
Date and time of transaction
Reference Ticket number from Shopee (If Applicable)
