  • Full name

  • Registered Mobile number

  • Registered Email address

  • ShopeePay Wallet balance

  • Date of birth

  • Shopee account username 

  • Explanation of circumstances such as lost/stolen phone

 

If you cannot save specific information in your Shopee account, don't worry. You can contact us and our Customer Service team will assist you further. Your account will be restored within 24-48 hours.
