Shopee Official Channels will ALWAYS:
Inform contest winners through Shopee channels including push notifications and email from a @shopee.com email address.
Accept payments through Shopee-supported payment channels.
Will only contact you through verified Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok accounts. Look for the check mark in the profile page
Will always use the correct and official spelling of Shopee
Shopee Official Channels will NEVER:
Ask for your PIN, OTPs, or passwords for verification. In addition to this, Shopee employees do not ask for the OTPs sent by Shopee, your bank, or your e-wallet
Reach out to users using e-mail addresses with other domains (e.g. Gmail, Yahoo, or suspicious-looking domains)
Ask you for payment to claim a prize
Ask you to pay through an external link or to deposit or send money to a bank account details or an e-wallet
Send you suspicious-looking and unknown websites to claim your prize or ask for payment.
