How to return your order via Drop Off?

You can now return your order for free and track it in-app. You can select Drop Off to return your orders with SPX Express & J&T Express.
Drop Off
During the request for a Return/Refund, tap Select Return Method > Drop Off > Select SPX Express or J&T Express > Confirm.
⚠️Note • Kindly keep the original packaging of the parcels you wish to return. • J&T Express & SPX Express branches can only provide free pouches and packaging tapes at the branch. • High-value, fragile, items delivered in a box packaging - must be brought along with the original box packaging. • Please Drop Off your return parcel within 5 calendar days after the Shopee accepts your return request. Otherwise, the return request will be automatically canceled and the amount will be escrowed to the seller. |
Repack your items for return and go to your nearest SPX Express or J&T Express branch. You don’t need to print anything. Just present the tracking number that can be found on the Return/Refund Details page.
You may check the nearest Drop Off branch in your area by selecting View all branches. The displayed/suggested branches are based on the order’s delivery address. You can also check other branch locations by typing it in the search box.
At the branch, present the item to be returned and the tracking number indicated in the app at the counter. The SPX Express or J&T Express Drop Off staff will check the item to be returned. The staff will print your Drop Off Return Label to be attached to your package. Returning an item via Drop Off is free of charge (no need to pay for any shipping fee).
You may track the return parcel shipping information in the Shopee app. Please allow Shopee or your seller to validate the return parcel. It may take a maximum of 11 days for Shopee to process your refund if the returned parcel has been successfully verified.
