What to do if I cannot access my ShopeePay when I click the icons? (ENG)

If you are unable to access your ShopeePay and you are receiving an error prompt when tapping on the ShopeePay icons, kindly access and fill out this form using your mobile phone. Once submitted, kindly wait for 3 days to reactivate your ShopeePay account.

 

IMPORTANT: This is only applicable to users who have received an in-app notification as shown below. Otherwise, form submissions may not be reviewed.
