Hi, how can we help?

Why are the items with a different variation, not the same price?

There are several reasons why items with different variations are not the same price:

  1. If the quantity of the item you selected exceeds the allowable limit for the highlighted promotion, the cart will apply the price of the next available discount promotion.

  2. If the quantity of the item you selected is within the allowable limit for the highlighted promotion, the cart will apply the price of the current discount promotion.

  3. If you have selected multiple variations of an item (with discounts), the price of each variant may differ if you have exceeded the allowable limit of the item. Your cart may show a discounted price with discounted stocks and another with available stocks.

  4. If you add an item without variation but is discounted, then the price will vary based on the allowable discount stocks. If the user exceeds the discount stocks, the price will change.

  5. If you add an item without variation but is not discounted, then the price will be the original price.

An example of an item with multiple variations; a seller is selling socks with 3 variations (color and/or sizes).

  • Item A has a promotion

  • Item B & C does not have a promotion

Therefore, when you checkout (Item A, B, and C), the prices will be different because Item A has a discount while the other variation does not have any promotion.
