How do I activate the Protection service after purchase? (ENG)

After purchasing an Item Protection Service on the Shopee app, you will receive an email/SMS confirmation with a link to activate it.

 

⚠️ Note

• For Cracked Screen Protection, download using the link sent to you through email/SMS and install the Igloo App. This is where you’ll be able to activate your policy.

• For Electronics Protection, visit Igloo Claim Portal to activate.

 

Activating an Item Protection Service

Go to the Partner’s portal/app > Log in your registered mobile number/email and key in the One-Time Password (OTP). Select the policy you wish to activate > Activate Now > input the necessary details > review and submit

 

You will receive a prompt confirming your activation submission. Once done, you will receive an email confirmation that your policy is now active.
