These are the following reasons why you may not be able to withdraw:
1. Outstanding Overdue Balance
If you have an overdue balance in one or more credit products like SPayLater, please settle the outstanding amount to enable withdrawal.
2. Loan Amount Exceeds ShopeePay Wallet Balance Limits
Your withdrawal will also be blocked in the following scenarios:
Your loan amount will cause your ShopeePay Wallet to exceed ShopeePay’s balance limit of Php 50,000 for non-verified users and Php 100,000 for fully verified users.
Your loan amount will cause your ShopeePay Wallet to exceed ShopeePay’s inflow limit of 10,000 for non-verified users and Php 100,000 for fully verified users.
If necessary, verify your ShopeePay account to proceed with withdrawals.
3. Credit Limit is below minimum withdrawal amount
Your credit limit should not be below the minimum withdrawal amount of Php 2,500.
4. Suspicious Activities
Your account may have been flagged for violating our Terms and Conditions. If this is the case, please contact us for further assistance, or you can also check account limitations.
