Ensure your wallet balance is:

1. Below the monthly inflow limit of Php 50,000.
2. Not reaching the maximum daily amount of Php 50,000.

If necessary, verify your ShopeePay account to proceed with withdrawals.

3. Credit Limit is below minimum withdrawal amount

 Your credit limit should not be below the minimum withdrawal amount of Php 2,500.

4. Suspicious Activities

 Your account may have been flagged for violating our Terms and Conditions. If this is the case, please contact us for further assistance, or you can also check account limitations.
