How do I activate my SLoan?

⚠️Note

Eligible users should be Filipino and aged 18-65 years old, with a good credit score. Additionally, you should have no outstanding balance in any one or more credit products such as SPayLater.


To activate your SLoan

Go to the Finance page or Me tab > SLoan > Activate Now.

Enter the One Time Password (OTP) > upload a valid Government ID.

Types of Government ID accepted are: 


 

⚠️Note

• Digital National ID, PhilHealth ID, and TIN IDs generated through the eGovPH website may also be submitted. 


Tips when uploading your ID:

• Use the back camera to capture your ID.

• Position your ID card in the available frame.

• Please ensure that the picture is clear and that the details captured are correct.


Recommended IDs:

• IDs with home addresses are recommended for faster processing: National ID, Paper National ID, UMID, Postal ID, and Philippine Driver’s License.

• IDs without home addresses are still accepted. However, you may be required to submit one of the accepted supporting documents: NBI Clearance, Utility Bills, Bank Statements, Insurance Company Statements, and PAG-IBIG Statements.


Fill out the application form with the required details > Read the Policies and the Terms and Conditions > Tick the boxes if you agree > Confirm.

You may choose to complete additional tasks to get an additional credit limit: 

  • Upload proof of residential address (current or last month’s household bill with address)

  • Link to Facebook

  • Upload proof of income (current or last month’s payslip)



Go through a liveness check and select Start Facial Verification.

You will be notified of your approval within 24 hours.

 

Unified Activation

It is now easier to activate SLoan once you have a fully verified ShopeePay or MariBank account! If you are fully verified in these products, you will not need to go through the whole activation process for SLoan as your information will be carried over.

 

Upon  selecting ‘Activate’ you will only be prompted to do the following.

• OTP Verification

• Facial Verification

• Identity Details Confirmation

• Nomination of a Secondary Contact
