How do I activate my SLoan?

⚠️Note Eligible users should be Filipino and aged 21-65 years old, with a good credit score. |
To activate your SLoan
1. Go to the Finance page or Me tab > SLoan > Activate Now.

2. Enter the One Time Password (OTP) > upload a valid Government ID.
Types of Government ID accepted are:
⚠️Note Tips when uploading your ID: • Use the back camera to capture your ID. • Position your ID card in the available frame. • Please ensure that the picture is clear and that the details captured are correct. |
3. Fill out the application form with the required details > Read the Policies and the Terms and Conditions > Tick the boxes if you agree > Confirm.
You may choose to complete additional tasks to get an additional credit limit:
Upload proof of residential address (current or last month’s household bill with address)
Link to Facebook
Upload proof of income (current or last month’s payslip)
4. Go through a liveness check and select Start Facial Verification.
You will be notified of your approval within 24 hours.
