When and How do I repay my SLoan bills?

For real-time payment reflection, we recommend using ShopeePay. To avoid late fees, please pay your SLoan bills at least 2 days before the due date.
⚠️Note You can repay any outstanding SLoan bill in advance. However, regular interest rates will still apply. |
If you cannot repay by the due date, your loan installment will be overdue. Please note the following:
A monthly late charge of 5% will be applied to the overdue amount.
You will not be able to withdraw another loan from SLoan.
You cannot activate accounts for other credit products, such as SPayLater.
If your loan remains unpaid, your access to benefits like Coins and Vouchers will be disabled, and your Shopee account will also be restricted.
Repay your SLoan
Go to Me or go to Finance Circle Page > SLoan > Pay Now > Select Payment Options > Pay
⚠️Note · SLoan bill options like payment extensions, partial payments, due date changes, auto-debit, and payment plans are not available. · Repayments can be made via ShopeePay (for real-time posting), payment centers/e-wallets, online payment channels, or over-the-counter (posting within 24-48 business hours). Credit card payments are not accepted. · If paying through a payment center, retain the repayment slip/receipt until confirmed on your SLoan page. If your payment isn’t reflected within 24-48 hours or if you overpaid, contact Shopee Customer Service with your proof of payment. |
