You can claim the Merchandise Protection service for your electronic devices/appliances due to accidental or liquid damage.
Making a Claim
Go to the Partner’s portal > Log in your registered mobile number/email and key in the One-Time Password (OTP) > select the policy and benefits you wish to claim > input the necessary details and provide a photo of the damaged device, a photo of the serial number with ID as proof > review and submit.
⚠️ Note Claims must be submitted within 30 days after the incident causing the accidental and/or liquid damage. |
