Once the order has been picked up by the logistics partners, orders should arrive within the delivery lead time. Lead time will vary depending on the seller's and buyer’s address.
For declared holidays within the delivery period, Shopee will send an advisory on any delays and extensions.

If seller indicates 3 days for the “Days to Ship" and seller is from Luzon while buyer is from Visayas the expected delivery date will be:
3 days (Days to Ship) + 8 days (Luzon to Visayas delivery days) = 11 days.
Orders from overseas will have a different delivery lead time.

Overseas sellers indicates 7 days for the 'Days to Ship’ Buyer is from Visayas.
7 (Days to Ship)* + 6 (Shopee Warehouse (CN) to BAE Warehouse (PH)) + 8 (Visayas delivery days) = 14 to 21 days.
*Date will depend on the sellers 'Days to Ship’
When order arrives, tap on the "Order Received" button to confirm delivery. Payment will be release to the seller after that action.
"Order Received" button will be available after logistics partners updates the status before the day ends.
If the order did not arrive within the expected delivery time or if the item is not good condition, tap on “Extend Shopee Guarantee” or tap on the "Request Return/Refund" button and then contact your seller immediately.
