You will be able to make a return/refund request if the conditions are met. Please note that all return/refund requests must be made within the Shopee Guarantee period ONLY.
The option to request a return/refund will be available within 24hrs (or up to 7 days for Shopee Mall products) after the order has been tagged as delivered for cash on delivery (COD) orders. For prepaid orders (Bank transfer, Remittance, & OTC), the buyer can request a return/refund as soon as the payment is verified.
How to Request for a Return/Refund:
Step 1: Go to Me in My Purchases, then select "To Ship/To Receive" button.
Step 2: Tap on the affected order.
Step 3: Scroll to the bottom of the page, and tap on "Request for Return/Refund".
Step 4: Make sure to select the products for return/refund and fill in the required fields.
Step 5: Tap on "Submit".
